Andy interviews his father Warren about his experiences with the Brooklyn Bushwicks baseball franchise in the late 1930's. The Bushwick club of Brooklyn was the most famous and most successful independent baseball club in America. The club had their own ballpark (Dexter Park), which was the first park in the U.S. to feature permanent lights. Every weekend, the Bushwicks faced the finest Negro League teams in the country.
